Partners pick the venue for their event and cover the cost of the event. Events, content, and venue are coordinated with the FPA Partnership Director according to the cadence shown above.
Event Calendar
Our chapter hosts a variety of events throughout the year, giving partners multiple touchpoints with our membership. In 2025, our happy hours averaged 25 attendees, lunch & learns averaged 20, and unique events drew 20.

The Financial Planning Association (FPA) is the premier professional association for CFP® professionals and those who support the financial planning process. We exist to elevate the profession through education, advocacy, and fellowship.
The mission of the FPA of San Antonio & South Texas is to promote the value of financial planning in the community, advance the practice of the profession with excellence, and act as the cornerstone of endorsement to the profession with the highest ethical standards.
